Sunroom Sitting Area (11.5' x 15.5')
The Sunroom sitting area is a great place to relax. This bright sunlit space features windows on three sides. Also included are a sofa (pulls out to double bed), two wing back chairs, and a 32 inch LCD TV with a wide assortment of HD cable channels and a VCR, so you can catch the big game or relax and watch a movie in stunningly clear high definition video. A small writing table with telephone is available for you to work on your laptop.
Bedroom (15' x 13.5')
The bedroom features a beautiful king size sleigh bed from the Durham Furniture Mount Vernon Collection. A large antique wardrobe and dresser are available for your clothing. Amenities such as an alarm clock, telephone, and 20 inch television are also included.
Bathroom
The 5 piece bathroom features a heated tile floor and a tiled bath area. A hairdryer and other amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, towels) are included.
